Recently, Joyall Tire's "Construction of a Refined Green Manufacturing System Based on New Quality Productivity" was selected for the 2024 Shandong Provincial Enterprise Excellent Management Achievement Award. The State Council, in its "Opinions on Accelerating the Comprehensive Green Transformation of Economic and Social Development," clearly proposed building a green manufacturing and service system and continuously increasing the proportion of green and low-carbon industries in the overall economy. Guided by this policy background, Junle Tire, combined with its own needs for developing new quality productivity, has explored a modern management system with Junle characteristics.

Joyall Tire's refined green manufacturing system is deeply integrated with national industrial development guidelines such as green and low-carbon development, digitalization, and intelligentization. Focusing on ten dimensions of business operations, it continuously pushes management restructuring into all aspects of production and operation. A people-oriented, marketing-driven, and planning- and budget-focused refined management system has taken root and yielded fruitful results within the company. The company's unit product energy consumption has decreased year by year. Since 2020, it has been recognized as a national benchmark enterprise for energy efficiency in the petrochemical industry (tire) for four consecutive years. In 2024, with an outstanding performance of 144.15 kg of standard coal/ton of product, it ranked first in Shandong Province's all-steel radial tire industry, earning the title of provincial key industry energy efficiency "leader." In addition to its excellent achievements in energy efficiency, Junle Tire has also received honors this year, including provincial green factory, Shandong gazelle enterprise, one of Shandong's first batch of digital economy innovation platforms, and Shandong manufacturing brand. It has also been recognized as a provincial digital workshop and a municipal smart factory. These honors demonstrate Junle Tire's remarkable achievements in green and low-carbon development.
