On May 31, the Lingang District held a symposium for entrepreneurs aiming for new goals in the conference room of the newly completed office building of Weihai Joyall Tire. Yang Dianhui, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the District, led the main leaders of the District Economic Development Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, Power Supply Center and South Suburb Thermal Power Plant to have a face-to-face discussion with the leaders of eight enterprises in the district that are aiming for new goals. At the meeting, the head of Joyall Tire delivered a keynote report entitled "Pursuing a Mid-to-High-End Strategy and Green, Low-Carbon Development." Representatives from companies including Weida Group, Zhongbo Coating, Jinhong Group, Gaosai Metal, Jinwei Chemical, Haoya Optoelectronics, and Marquardt also spoke, discussing their companies' development plans to achieve new goals, the challenges they face, and offering relevant suggestions. Yang Dianhui listened attentively to the company leaders' presentations and engaged in in-depth discussions with them on issues of concern, such as talent development and recruitment, and resource allocation.
