Amazing! 38.46% Lower CPK Delivered by Joyall A503 in Australia

Recently, Joyall team got a very valuable field report from a professional tire tracking team. The tire performance tracking was conducted by a tracking system on the same vehicle from brand new delivered on road 2021 through to late 2024. The tracker gives true and accurate data for transport operators, to provide them crucial information on management and brand choice for their particular application.

The tires were tested on the drive axles of a Scania 8 Wheeler front load garbage truck, working 7 days a week with an average 9 tons payload for a major collection company. Vehicle has had 3 sets of tires from new. The original set is from Tier 1 Brand A. The second set & third set are both from Joyall 295/80R22.5 A503. Here is the final test result as below:

NOTES:

1. All final CPK figures include service costs

2. Increased KMs and lower CPK from first set to second set of Joyall achieved just by modifying rotation schedule.

3. Compared with other regular application, garbage collection truck has much more frequent  stop-start cycles and heavy braking leads to severe scrub wear on tire treads, so, even for the Tier 1 brand A, the mileage is only 28,413km.

4. Tire rotation schedule was adjusted mid-test.

Based on the field report, Tier 1 Brand A achieves a service mileage of 28,413 km with a CPK of 2.6. In contrast, the Joyall A503 with an equivalent pattern records a 31,075 km with a CPK of only 1.6, which is 38.46% lower than that of Tier 1 Brand A. It shows that Joyall is offering an amazing comprehensive cost performance to the market.
