ADVANCED EQUIPMENT

Equipped with advanced production and testing equipment, we ensure precise processing, stable performance and consistent quality for every tire.

Mixing workshop

It adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor internal mixer, a variable frequency environmental protection exhaust system, and a constant pressure variable frequency control air compressor and cooling water system, saving 700,000 kWh of electricity per year, making it a leader in rubber mixing energy consumption in the industry.

Molding workshop

All-steel radial tire forming machine, IoT-linked MES/PLM system, intelligent production scheduling, digital twin management and control, real-time collection and analysis of key data.

Vulcanization workshop

Dual-mode nitrogen vulcanizing machine, new energy-saving heat-concentrating plate insulation, optimized hydrophobicity and automatic pot loading, single tire steam consumption reduced by 6.7%, efficiency increased by 28.6%.

Inspection and warehousing

X-ray inspection machine automatically classifies grades, AI visual recognition identifies specifications and patterns; barcode traceability "ID card"; overhead conveyor belt directly connects to the automated warehouse, enabling full traceability.

Automated tire bead process

The triangular rubber core integrated intelligent production line features robotic arm collaborative operation, producing a standard tire bead every 20 seconds; processes such as steel wire winding, steel wire wrapping, and rubber core extrusion are automated, enabling fully automated line monitoring.
